Galit's background in fitness started with her training to become a professional dancer. As a young teen, Galit trained in a plethora of cross training methods (pilates, calisthenics, yoga, etc) in order to become a stronger dancer. Over time her love of movement and optimal performance translated into training her peers and herself as she entered a career as a dancer. She also chose to include fitness elements into the dance classes she taught.
Over the years Galit learned how to increase exercise efficiency and began creating lean-body 'portable' workouts to fit into her career's ever changing location. It has become a passion to motivate clients to their goals and teach them the exercise techniques that have helped her throughout her career.
Galit is proud to be an ACE Certified personal trainer with an arsenal of knowledge in how to get her clients' bodies in optimal shape with improved health and function. She also has studied fitness nutrition and is qualified in TRX suspension training.
