FULL ABS Academy Series (12 Workouts)
Welcome to your Abs Academy program with 12 workouts that will strengthen and tone the different layers of your abdominals. You will receive tips on getting the most from your workouts along with information about everything ABS.
Each workout includes:
- Warm-up & Stretch
- A circuit of 5+ exercises
- A focus on Abs with other areas engaged as well!
- Guidance on proper form
- Tips for sculpting your abdominals
Note: Each workout is between 1-3G in size. Please make sure you have ample space for the downloads. I highly recommend using an external harddrive or thumb drive to keep these files.
