For less than the cost of a single personal training session, I deliver you a bundle of dynamic workouts with a focus on strength training.
Enjoy my full 20 session training series. Each video contains a circuit of approximately 5 exercises in addition to a warm-up and stretch. I have also included a complimentary video with foundational exercises to help ensure that your form is correct as the exercises progress.
No equipment is needed. Of course, if you have dumbbells and/or resistance bands, that's a plus! I offer modifications for more beginner levels and progressions to up the level.
**Each video is approximately 1 to 2GB. You might want to download workouts to an external hard drive, thumb drive, or cloud!
***A foundational exercises video is included with this package, it is in an .mov file
